This lady needs support with a laptop for a number of reasons. There are requirements of the course that cannot be completed on a phone, she is in financial hardship and is being proactive in her physical and mental health recovery and return to work journey. Her studies are being significantly affected. The strain on her eyes has been immense. For her to have a laptop so that she can study comfortably from home would make a major difference to her.
