This young person is 15 and is unable to live with her mother due to her lacking mental capacity to house her safely. This includes her having frequent hospital admissions and moving between two states and this young person having been exposed to FDV whilst in her care. She now lives with her adult sister in temporary youth accommodation. She is highly creative and loves music and her dream is to learn the guitar. She has taken up music lessons at her school however has no instrument herself to learn and practice. It would be a brilliant experience for her if she had a guitar and is able to learn. She finds music a good helpful outlet to manage her emotions and regulate, and has been through a myriad of adverse childhood experiences in her early life. This young person struggle with her emotional wellbeing and her eating is disordered, and a musical outlet could be very positive for her and give her a new focus.
