Elderly resident was alone when she had to quicky evacuate due to the devastating bushfires. She struggled to evacuate due to her disability. Her daughter who has a disability of her own helped secure her a rental which was however more expensive than her arrangement. Resident lost all food and medication in her fridge and was without power for nearly a month. Resident went through her saving to manage the move and replenish her losses. Resident is only receiving Centrelink support as income and could use some support for clothing and groceries.
