Due to a relationship breakdown involving mental health concerns and domestic violence, the client has experienced significant emotional and physical distress. He reports that he was subjected to ongoing abuse by his previous partner. As a result of the situation, he has been required to relocate and is currently living with his sister, who has limited resources and capacity to provide ongoing support.
