Fuel Voucher - $20

I am writing to request assistance in the form of fuel vouchers for a teenage boy currently residing in refuge with his mother and younger siblings after experiencing family and domestic violence. The family is facing significant financial hardship as they work toward rebuilding their lives. Despite these challenges, the young person is committed to completing Year 12, while his siblings in Years 11 and 10 are also striving to remain engaged and focused on their education.
Due to their senior schooling commitments, it was not appropriate for the children to transfer to a school closer to the refuge. As a result, they are required to travel to their previous school, which involves more than a 30-minute drive each way on a daily basis. The young person has taken on the responsibility of supporting his family by assisting with this transport; however, he has expressed concern about his ability to continue covering the cost of fuel with his limited income from a part-time job.
