Mum is grieving death of her teenager, while still trying to manage family and work commitments. Mum has exhausted all paid leave entitlements due to looking after her own mental health and that of younger child (appointments etc.). Mum can only work limited hours due to carer commitments for younger child and is experiencing financial distress. They have stayed with family for periods of time, but are also struggling with long-term accommodation. Support would take pressure off mum as she continues to navigate her grief.
