19-yr-old, seeking support with driving lessons as family dynamics and health issues impacting ability to complete hours

Over the last several months, 19-yr-old young person has been trying to complete supervised logbook hours but has been experiencing significant barriers. YP's dad works FIFO and has limited availability to support; as well as substance use issues impacting ability to do so when home. YP's brother had been assisting but has moved out of home and no longer able to do so. YP is working 40 hour weeks on trainee wages and is struggling considerably financially due to the cost of board at father's house, as well as private medical expenses for ongoing health issues; which has impacted ability to afford further private driving lessons. YP is having to catch two hours of public transport to work and two hours back, which is arduous; but does have own car to use when they have completed their supervised hours.
