20 YO in homelessness seeking to improve stability and independence
GIVIT
20yo with diagnosed ASD, FND, and mental ill health, who lives independently with very limited natural supports. They are wanting to improve their social mobility though completing their study, engage in further employment, engage with service providers to support with their mental health. Recent medical diagnosis have resulted in them being unable to engage in their current employment and reduced their mobility within the community. This has significantly increase pre-existing financial stress and is resulting in an increase in emotional vulnerability factors and capacity to afford and access food and other needs. Additionally, due to the close of their previous lease they our currently experiencing homelessness with their 1YO dog, but applying for new housing.
