This amazing woman who cares for a young family of three (including a two year old and an infant) is experiencing extreme financial distress. She was injured at work which has severely diminished her capacity to work. She loves to work and has struggled to come to terms with her reduced capacity, so she works as many hours as work cover will allow. Working those shifts means that she isn't getting paid by work cover, work cover is only paying for her physio sessions, however her engagement with work cover means that she can't apply for Centrelink. If she cuts ties with work cover to go on Centrelink, she won't be able to afford the physio sessions that she needs to rebuild her capacity to work full time. She has a mortgage and is falling into arrears due to the financial strain- she is feeling so financially stuck. She is scared that she will end up homeless due to the mortgage arrears.
On top of this she is still paying back a vet bill after a dog attacked her and her pet dog.
