Couple significantly impacted by fires as two properties were damaged. PPR and family property both owned by couple parents living at significantly damaged property, underinsured received a $20,000 payout, out of pocket to date of $100,000 at approx. 90% completed. MH impacted trying to deal with the council to seek permits, permits being denied due to not using the correct wording, needed to resubmit applications for permits with little support by council impacting on mood, sleep, general MH. Is relieved that part is over, now dealing with the financial impact of needing to self-fund repairs with every spare bit of money needing to go into both properties.
