Connected to a youth program which supports at risk vulnerable Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander youth (aged 10-17) - providing throughcare support to the families as accepted when family/home life is stable/secure, the young people have more opportunity to be 'kids', consider their future and opportunities, and achieve their goals.
Numerous families, including the young people who are taking on 'parental' responsibilities, have reached out for support as they are struggling to keep up with the extreme cost of living and are unable to purchase suitable groceries and essential items for their families.
