We are supporting family of five who are on uncertain immigration status and is not eligible for Centrelink benefits due to their visa status.
The father is the bread winner of the family with an average of $500 weekly income. Mother has a language barrier and is attending English session to improve her proficiency and potentially pave way to employment in future. In addition, the carer responsibility has also hindered in seeking employment.
The family is experiencing financially hardship and is only able to meet their essential need with the income the father is receiving. He has also applied for a role that require an ACT Driving Licence and he is unable to manage that due to other priorities. He is looking into registering for practical assessment to secure a full driving licence and
need assistance with few hours of driving session to familiarise with road and the road safety skills before he appears the test. any support would be much appreciated.
