The consumers are older people, who still work, however, have recently had their working hours cut in half. They have been affected by the Victorian January bushfires, with their house not being affected, however, everything around has been, losing all outbuildings, fencing, equipment and machinery, which they are uninsured for. They still have goats and horses that needed to put temporary fencing to keep them safe, after paying for dead livestock removed. They now really struggling financially and struggle to make ends meet, and are suffering with their mental health and fatigue, as they now need to re-build everything they already built over 20 years ago, right when they were wanting to look at retiring.
