Single Mother of twins - Emergency Major Surgery - loss of income for 6 weeks

My client has recently undergone an emergency hysterectomy.
Leaving her with no income for the next 6 weeks.
Single Mother of twins in primary school and 1 receiving NDIS - with Autism - the NDIS has all been used due to care of child whilst she was receiving surgery.
All annual leave of my client has been used as child has high appointment requirements and has had 20 calls to collect them from school due to behaviour, this year
With a significant amount of Bills to cover. Including a Mortgage - and currently in Energy, Telco, OSC & Rates arrears, already taking $8,000 out of her super to pay for the emergency. And anxious about how to cover groceries and fuel not to mention the upcoming school holidays.
This is putting her under extreme stress and causing mental health issues. At a time where she should be resting and recovering
