The client is a survivor of domestic violence. Two years ago, she was involved in a serious car accident caused by her former partner, resulting in a broken neck and ongoing physical limitations. Due to her injuries, she is unable to return to work and now relies solely on JobSeeker as her income.
Following the end of the violent relationship, the client has been living in a rented room, however she is now required to move out. With her limited income and the current rental market, she is experiencing significant housing insecurity and financial stress.
The client is working with a Financial Counsellor and is seeking practical support to help her stabilise during this period, including essential items and vouchers while she navigates recovery, safety, and housing challenges.
Any assistance would greatly support her wellbeing and recovery.
