Mother of three teenage children, one 11 year old, currently struggling financially.

Client has history of sucide ideation and severe depresssion mental health issues. Has experienced family domestic violence and alcohol addiction. has been hospitalised on at least 2 occasions in last 6 months due to depression, anxiety and addiction. Client is unable to drive due to medication and needs support to leave the house. She is estranged from family members and very isolated. Does not have any family or friends she can rely on. Client is hoping to attend on line addiction program shortly to see if this will help her as she finds it difficutl to join a group scenario. Is attending regular therapy via psychologist and psychiatrist at regular ongoing monitoring at hospital appointments. Recently had flooding at house which caused damage to carpets which will use up extra funds she was hoping to use for Christmas food and presents for children.
