43 year old single male recently housed after experiencing long term homelessness for over 3 years after being released from incarceration. This individual struggles with complex health issues as a result of the physical and mental health impacts from long term rough sleeping and existing trauma associated with his time spent in institutionalisation. He is also currently experiencing grief after the loss of his father roughly a month ago, whom he relied upon a lot for emotional support. This loss also required him to return home for an extended period to support his elderly mother. He has been making significant attempts to improve his living circumstances by engaging with a multitude of recovery based services to work towards creating a better future for himself.
