Client is experiencing homelessness now, and she has experienced DV last few years and gotten serious injury over her head. Client was diagnosed with C-PTSD and she has lost her ability to commence work due to cognitive impairment and dizziness. She is living in private caravan park and her portable water tank with wheels has been stolen by someone and private caravan park owner refused to replace another one for her. She is experiencing financial hardship with the fuel price raising issues as well.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
