This young parent first nations family is recovering from past domestic violence and live well below the poverty line. They have 3 children under 5 years with a newborn baby - 3 months old. It is impossible for the mum to eat her meals without holding the baby. The family need a high/low adjustable chair that reclines so that the baby can be close to mum and have eye contact and connection at mealtimes. This will free the mum's arms to eat and also meet her other children's needs at mealtimes (2-year-old and 4-year-old). She will need the chair for feeding the infant as well as they start to sit up and start on solids in the next couple of months. A gift voucher to purchase such a chair will have a massive positive impact for this family.
