Client has chronic pain syndrome, PTSD and other physical and psychological medical conditions. She is very unwell.
GIVIT
Client is a middle aged woman. She resides with her elderly father in a housing commission house. She is largely housebound (even room bound) as the house is not wheelchair accessible. She receives 16 hours of care under NDIS support and has been in a long dispute with NDIS seeking full time care which she needs.
6 years ago, the client relocated. DOH engaged a removalist for this. The removalist did a terrible job and damaged her belongings quite considerably. In trying to pursue the removalist, she has continued to retain the damaged items as proof of evidence. The items fill her garage, her back shed and into her loungeroom – taking up considerable space, adding to her psychological distress.
Request is for SERVICE (removal) and ITEM (disposal) of damaged items. Perhaps a Skipbin would aid in the disposal.
