Single Mum with 16yo Autistic Son Needs Help

I am supporting a single mother who is the primary carer for her teenage autistic son. She is still learning how to meet his day‑to‑day needs and is doing her best, but she is currently under significant financial and emotional pressure.
The family requires practical assistance to help stabilise their living situation and create a safe, comfortable environment for the boy. Their most urgent needs include: Bedroom Setup for the boy including a double bed with mattress. Paint and painting supplies to refresh his room and create a calming, supportive space.
Feeding this growing boy is proving to be quite expensive on her small income. Mum currently needs food assistance as she works to develop routines and skills around caring for her autistic son. Regular food support or a one‑off food hamper would significantly help during this time.
