The client resides in public housing and is a respectful, responsible woman. Caring for four grandchildren is a significant undertaking, but she continues to manage her responsibilities diligently. She also suffers from back pain and diabetes but makes every effort to care for herself so she can fully support her grandchildren, including assisting with their schoolwork.
Despite limited resources, she frequently travels to visit her elderly parent in the country, prioritizing family even with financial constraints. Currently, she is slightly behind on her utility payments but continues to ensure her grandchildren have a safe home.
We are therefore requesting vouchers for groceries, pharmacy items, and educational resources to assist her in maintaining the well-being of her household.
