60 plus aged male was experiencing long term homelessness with his mental health and intellectual disabitiies. Through the support of local services, he was placed into long term safe accommodation. However, his household items were affected in the cyclone last year and need replacing. As male is on DSP he is facing financial hardship and difficult to replace his white goods
