This lady is a single mother of two children aged 12 and 13. After losing her partner, she made the courageous decision to leave her Cape York community to protect her children and give them better future. Despite her own health struggles, she has worked hard to create a safe home, purchasing second-hand furniture and appliances to get by. However, these items have now deteriorated - her fridge is failing, the washing machine has stopped working and the beds are no longer safe. She is experiencing severe financial hardship and urgently needs support to replace these essential household items. Assistance will help stabilize her home and ensure her children have the safe, secure environment they deserve as they continue their education and healing.
