The client is a 50-year-old male living with a physical disability affecting one leg. He has a history of homelessness and has recently experienced a heart attack, placing him at significant ongoing medical risk and increased vulnerability.
The client is currently residing in a friend’s garage, which is not suitable or stable long-term accommodation given his health conditions and disability. The current living arrangement presents concerns regarding recovery from recent cardiac events, and overall wellbeing however is safer then sleeping rough on the streets.
The client is facing financial hardship and has lost all his belongings whilst sleeping rough due to being moved on several times by council and friends.
