The client has reported ongoing mobility and balance concerns and advised that they experienced a recent fall. Although the client currently uses a walking stick, they feel that a wheelie walker would provide greater stability and support when mobilising both inside and outside the home. The client expressed that a wheelie walker would assist with maintaining their independence, improving confidence when walking, and reducing their risk of future falls. Given the client's recent fall history and ongoing concerns regarding steadiness on their feet, a wheelie walker would be beneficial in supporting safe mobility and enabling the client to continue participating in daily activities and community access. It is requested that the client be assessed for, and if appropriate provided with, a wheelie walker to promote safety, independence, and ongoing engagement in everyday activities.
