42 year old woman is rebuilding her life after escaping psychological, emotional, and financial abuse. She is a single parent of three children aged 10, 11, and 14, working to provide a safe and stable home for her family.
She is studying full-time for a Bachelor of Nursing at Western Sydney University and working part-time on a low income, with the goal of moving into community services to support others with lived experience.
She has experienced homelessness and stayed in crisis and temporary accommodation due to domestic and family violence. She has now been approved for a Rentstart Bond Loan; however, moving into new housing has created significant financial pressure due to the costs of establishing a household.
She is seeking support with essential items, including beds and basic furniture, to create a safe and comfortable home for her children. Any support that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
