Mum has three children, a 10-year-old son, 4-year-old girl and 16-month-old son. Over two and half years ago mum escaped a significant domestic violence situation with her ex-partner, mum did so with no professional support or guidance, meaning she did not receive any financial assistance to relocate to current location. Mum herself has had a childhood characterised with neglect and lack of emotional care, meaning she has had no family support she can also tap into in her time of need. Mum has a Bipolar diagnosis and had fought depression throughout her formative and adult years. Mum's current rental is secure however with rent increases this is adding financial pressure to her circumstances, bill management is tight especially after Christmas and the start of the new school year. Mum's new partner does offer some support however he is schizophrenic and has his own mental health issues.
