This 16-year-old young person has experienced significant challenges, including exposure to violence in the home, the loss of her father, and limited support networks. She is currently at a high risk of experiencing homelessness.
Despite these adversities, she has demonstrated strong resilience and motivation to improve her circumstances. She is actively working towards re-engaging with education and seeking employment opportunities.
She is currently in the process of commencing a certificate course at TAFE and returning to school. However, due to financial hardship, she does not have access to a laptop, which is essential for completing her coursework.
Access to a laptop would make a significant difference in her ability to engage with her studies and continue progressing towards her goals, ultimately improving her long-term outcomes.
