Widowed mother of 6 children with complex needs and limited financial resources

Large family supported by single mum who lost her partner and children's father to suicide. Family all impacted by trauma and impacted mental wellbeing.
Multiple children in the home live with disability, including non-verbal autism.
Due to complexity of children, mum unable to work and has limited access to finances. Family has no car and it is extremely challenging to use public transport safely due to behaviours of the children. Family washing machine no longer works and laundromat expenses and walking washing to friends houses to do is incredibly draining for an already stretched parent.
