A single woman has recently secured safe, stable housing by renting a room, marking an important step forward after a long period of instability. She is on the Disability Support Pension & lives with ongoing mental health challenges. With stable accommodation now in place, she is engaging with supports & working hard on her recovery. Her room is empty & she needs basic essentials to make it liveable. A bed & mattress would provide comfort, rest, & dignity. She also requires storage for clothing & a lockable cupboard for kitchen items to ensure safety & organisation in a shared living space. She is preparing to begin a TAFE course in July, taking a positive step toward education, routine, & future independence. With stability, she is rebuilding confidence, establishing daily structure, & beginning to form friendships & community connections again. These connections are vital for reducing isolation & supporting her mental health recovery.
