Mum and Dad have both just aged out of foster care, both have a cognitive disability and have just given birth to a baby boy. We would like to support this family with necessary items to help them keep baby at home. They do have a 3 year old child already in the foster care system who attends Mum and Dad's home under supervised visits and we are working with the family to help them move towards reunification
