The primary place of residence has been completely destroyed, and the client is living in a leaking caravan with a makeshift lean to/annexe that was built from recovered corrugated sheets from the home that was lost. The client struggles with medical issues and needs to be able to keep warm during the colder months as the destroyed home is being cleared away by demolition crews.
