Guidance needed to complete NDIS application for physical health

39 year old single mother with a diagnosis of Systemic sclerosis (rare, chronic autoimmune rheumatic disease, excessive production of collagen, leading to inflammation and hardening of the skin and connective tissues, as well as potential damage to internal organs like the lungs, heart, and kidneys). In need of face to face support to apply for ndis. She has been previously rejected and due to her physical limitations her mental health is suffering. She needs someone to advocate on her behalf and help with what is needed. She has been referred to free mental health services within the community (like mine) and navigating this process is out of my scope. Her last application was submitted by another mental health service.
Her mobility is very restricted, has chronic pain and quality of life is diminishing. I am at a lost with how to find this support person.
