Older gentleman in the area living with chronic PTSD and mental health challenges due to severe childhood abuse. He also witnessed the abuse of his disabled younger brother and lives with the pain of these memories since his brother passed away at age 12. This gentleman requires physical medical testing however has been unable to access this due to financial hardship.
