He is required to move in ASAP and start paying rent. Due to his limited mobility and self care requires furniture before he can move in. Several agencies are contactable to service this need but timeframes are several weeks wait. The gentleman's health related issues do not allow him to stay there without these items without severe health decline. Requires a mattress for his bed to sleep in for good health management.
