Client was recently diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and spinal stenosis and has been hospitalized six times in the past week. The sudden diagnosis has taken a serious toll on her physical and mental health. Her partner has had to stop working to care for her, causing financial strain. Social worker is coming to the house to talk with the three special needs kids about the clients condition .
After recently moving from New South Wales to Townsville, they have struggled to afford basic furniture, including a dining set and a queen-size bed frame. As a result, Client is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor, which is extremely difficult and unsafe for her due to her condition. They are doing their best to manage but would greatly appreciate any support during this challenging time.
