Single father with full-time care of his 3 children evacuated their rental property & was displaced for 2 months until property was repaired enough to enable the family to return. Due to children’s health issues all soft furnishings such as couches, beds, mattresses along with curtains, carpets & clothing had to be disposed of due to significant smoke damage & now need replacing. Children have additional needs & the financial strain has added extra stress on the father who works part-time & trying his best to replace what was lost & keep up with the increased current cost of living
