Domestic & Family Violence
Client has fled domestic violence with her daughter and had to move interstate. They were frauded their victims of crime payment to assist with relocation costs by their perpetrator. They have started rebuilding with limited income and savings but found a rental. They're still in financial hardship in many areas as they have limited household items and had recently been in a car accident resulting in long term health issues. This has added further costs and delayed return to work.
