57 year old Aboriginal woman who has recently moved to Sandgate and is experiencing financial hardship while rebuilding her life after homelessness. She is a breast cancer survivor who has just completed chemotherapy and now lives with neuropathy from treatment. After escaping a domestic violence situation, she continues to receive psychological support through Caboolture Hospital to manage trauma post-treatment. She has very few possessions and is in need of a couch to help furnish her home and create a safe, comfortable space as she continues her recovery and rebuilds her independence. Any assistance we can offer her would be greatly appreciated.
