A mother is seeking portable air conditioners to help keep herself and her children warm during the winter. She is a single parent caring for her children, one of whom is currently facing a serious cancer like illness that requires ongoing medical care. The family have also recently escaped family violence and needed to relocate unexpectedly, resulting in significant financial strain. They are now living in a property that does not have adequate heating or cooling, making it difficult to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Access to portable air conditioners/heaters would greatly support the family’s health, safety, and wellbeing during this challenging period.
