A young stay at home Mum caring for her two primary aged children would greatly appreciate some practical assistance in the form of grocery vouchers. As a single income household in a remote part of regional New South Wales, a young Mum prioritises the needs of the children which leaves little to no finances to cover cost of her own chronic illness and mental health needs. This mum requires regular specialist medical attention, which means extensive travel to major cities where specialists are located. The cost of transport, petrol, regular health appointments and medication can add up and the family are unable to cover this cost.
