The client arrived in Australia two months ago however, he is receiving ongoing threats received from the Taliban to harm his parents, who are still in Afghanistan. The client also expressed worries and concerns of his sister, who has been staying in the hospital due to panic attack episodes. Because of that, he cannot settle well in Australia. The client also mentioned significant pressure he is facing as he feels responsible to take care of his sister who is in Brisbane with frequent episodes of panic attack, and his parents in Afghanistan. As a result, his mental health has been affected significantly.
