Young mother with 12- month-old daughter is preparing to transition back into community. She is proud to have moved through many challenges, including overcoming the impacts of housing instability, economic hardship and substance use. Due to the impact of these experiences, she has very limited financial resources. Despite these challenges, this mother is working hard to secure a safe place to live for herself and her daughter, aiming to protect them from the impacts of housing instability and transience.
