A young woman, who is recovering from drug addiction and is trying hard to rebuild her life. She has a strong desire to improve her independence, but is facing barriers:
She does not drive and experiences overwhelming feelings of paranoia and discomfort when using public transport. She has no access to technology, making if difficult to pursue educational programs, apply for jobs, or connect with online services.
