We are a hub that supports those homeless and or at risk of sleeping homeless. We provide a welcoming and safe place where community members can access our case workers along with other local service providers including the Mental Health Outreach Team from NSW Health, GP and Nurse, Centrelink, Community Corrections, Harm reduction and NDIS.
Our community members can have a shower use our laundry facilities, have hot food and drink and use our phones and computers.
We are providing support to many rough sleepers who have lost all their belongings in the recent weather events and need help in replacing essential basic items.
