Cooking classes for homelessness

We are looking at doing a cooking class with up to 4 participants who are experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping, rebuilding independent living skills and upskilling abilities. The funds requested are for ingredients needed to provide the 4 participants at a time. We are using volunteers who already work in the kitchen, and kitchen tools that are already there. There may need to be an additional pot/pan/etc. to ensure enough for the participants. 4 people per session, but if there is enough interest, there may be multiple sessions during the week.
Some of the participants may be people who have linked in with a new property after experiencing years of rough sleeping, and therefore need a refresher on cooking skills to be able to live independently.
