The client's support worker recently shared that she has lost approximately 10 kilograms in the last six weeks. As her Care Manager, my resources are limited because the government has not approved a level increase for her care package, leaving her on a Level 2.
Client is an elderly person, lives alone with no family or close friends, and suffers from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. Her situation has reached a crisis point: her bank account was hacked, leaving her with only $1.80. She is unable to buy food for herself or her pets. Additionally, she is at risk of losing her rented sofa and washing machine tomorrow.
