Single mum of three children who all have complex disability support needs

Due to her complex disability support needs and behaviours of concern, the eldest daughter has not been able to attend school since Term 2. As a result, mum has to give up work, stay home and provide 24/7 1:1 support to her daughter, to make sure she is safe.
Her two other children (both under 10) also have multiple disabilities and therefore require the same if not more support than the eldest.
Mum is at a point of carers' burnout as she has to manage multiple crisis and incidents at home.
Mum would like to send her eldest daughter to respite for a weekend. However, due to her disability, there are only certain food items that she can consume and tolerate.
