Fortunately, her PPR was not impacted but due to clients being fire impacted needing to cancel appointments and road closures caused an additional financial impact. Mental health impacted due to marriage breakdown, multiple loved ones passing and re-trauma as previously impacted by the floods and Black Saturday fires. Outstanding repairs needed due to the floods; delay is due to expense and poor mental health. Has sought support and her mental health is improving.
